WARRANTY
FOR MONITORS, PRINTERS, NETWORK &
NOTEBOOKS Please note that most of the
above listed items carries a manufacturer
warranty. Please check warranty card, product
manual of item or manufacturer web site for
warranty details.
Please understand that
because PCDIY is not an authorised service
centre, we are unable to perform warranty on
those items. We still have to send items back to
manufacturer.
It is therefore quicker for
you to deal directly with the manufacturer. Also
note that most manufacturers provides pickup and
delivery service in major metropolitan
areas.
WARRANTY @ PCDIY All
items purchased from PCDIY carries a 1 Year
Return To Base warranty, unless specified
otherwise or additional warranty is purchased or
manufacturer provides additional
warranty.
Please note that you will be
responsible for shipping item back to us. If
item is faulty and when warranty is completed,
PCDIY will ship item back to
you.
ADDITIONAL MANUFACTURER
WARRANTY Note that some items do carry
additional warranty from manufacturer and PCDIY
will cover 1 year of the warranty.
Please contact manufacturer after 1 year
of purchase. However, PCDIY will be able to
assist you to send item back for warranty. You
will be responsible for postage both ways and/or
any possible service charges.

STEPS For all online purchases, please
contact us and request for a warranty
authorisation before sending any items back to
us for warranty.

REQUEST - Invoice No.: - Your Name: -
Contact No.: - Description: "Please describe
issue in detail"
2. RA NUMBER issued.
- We will issue you with a RA number once
warranty is accepted. - Please quote this RA
number for any future correspondence.
3.
PACK & SEND - Please pack item in safe
packaging (we are not responsible to any damages
caused during transit) - Send item back to
us. - Address will be provided when we issue
you a RA
number.
