Sales Representative/Technician
Our Box Hill branch is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our fast growing business.
Your responsibilities will be but not limited to:
- Dealing and actively selling hardware/peripherals/software to new and existing customers.
- Handling customer queries over the phone and email.
- Providing all necessary customer service.
- Troubleshooting and repairing Desktops and Laptops.
- Assembling PCs from scratch.
- Handling necessary paper works.
- Maintain the store at a clean and tidy level.
Applicants must be enthusiastic, sales driven, highly self-motivated and able to work weekends.
You are Well presented and have excellent English speaking skills.
You will also be passionate about computers, and love selling it to your customers.
Previous experience in a retail computer environment is preferred but not a must.
You will need to have following:
- Knowledge in Windows environment, such as maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
- Knowledge in the latest computer hardware and peripherals.
- Knowledge on how to troubleshoot and repair computers.
- Basic understanding in networking products.
- High attention to details to ensure each job is done accurately.
- Excellent communication skills
